AC PCB Repair

A failed PCB doesn't always need to be replaced. We diagnose at the component level — capacitors, ICs, IGBTs, sensors — and replace the actual failed part where possible. Inverter board repair specialty.

Why us

Component-level repair, not 'board swap'

Many repairs are a single ₹50 capacitor. Swapping the entire board for ₹4,000+ is often unnecessary. We find what failed and fix that.

Inverter PCB specialists

Inverter boards are where most service centers throw up their hands. We've trained specifically on the IGBT and driver-IC patterns that fail.

Straight repair-or-replace advice

If a board has burn damage or the repair cost is more than 60% of replacement, we say so upfront. No padded repair bills.

30DAY

30-day workmanship guarantee

If our work needs a callback inside 30 days, we come back and fix it — same technicians, no charge.

PCB Repair — frequently asked

How do I know if it's the PCB or another part?
Typical PCB-failure signs are: the AC won't power on at all, the fan runs but the compressor doesn't engage, blinking error codes on the indoor unit, or the display lights up but the remote gets no response. These symptoms can sometimes be caused by a sensor or capacitor fault outside the board, which is why we confirm on site with a multimeter before opening the PCB. The on-site diagnostic narrows it down before any bench work starts.
How long does PCB repair take?
The on-site diagnostic itself takes about 30 minutes — that tells us whether the board can be repaired at home, needs a workshop bench, or isn't worth repairing. If we take the board to our workshop for component-level work, the typical turnaround is 24–48 hours and we re-fit it on a follow-up visit. For straightforward fixes (a single capacitor or sensor) we sometimes complete the repair on the same site visit.
Will repaired boards last as long as new?
Yes, provided the underlying cause is addressed. PCBs typically fail because of voltage spikes, moisture ingress, or accumulated dust shorting components — fix the failed part without addressing those, and the next part fails six months later. If voltage instability is the root cause we recommend a properly sized stabilizer, and we'll often clean and reseal the indoor unit while we're at it.
Do you repair PCBs from any brand?
Yes — Daikin, Voltas, Blue Star, Hitachi, LG, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Lloyd, and Panasonic boards are all supported. Both fixed-speed single-board PCBs and inverter PCBs (with separate driver boards and IGBTs) are repairable. For very recent inverter models with proprietary control firmware, we'll tell you upfront if a board swap is the more reliable route.
What's the warranty on PCB repair?
We cover the components we replaced with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If a capacitor, diode, or IC we swapped fails again inside that window, we come back and replace it at no charge. If a different component on the same board fails after our repair, that's a fresh diagnostic — boards can have multiple weak points, and we won't pretend an unrelated future failure was our doing.
How much does AC PCB repair cost in Pune?
On-site diagnostics are ₹400. The actual repair cost depends on what failed: a single capacitor replacement might land in the low-thousands; multi-component or driver-IC work on an inverter board sits higher. We share the line-item cost after the bench-level diagnosis — not before — because a board can look the same externally and have very different failure modes. If repair cost works out to more than 60% of a new board, we tell you upfront and recommend the swap instead. No padded repair bills.
Is your PCB repair really cheaper than a full board replacement?
In most cases, yes — often by half or more. A new branded PCB can cost ₹4,000–₹12,000+ depending on the model; a typical component-level repair on the same board sits well below that range when only one or two components have failed. The exception is when burn damage or moisture has compromised multiple traces — at that point the repair isn't economical and we'll tell you to replace. Whether to repair or replace depends on what failed; we do the diagnostic first, then make the recommendation, then quote.
Can you repair PCBs on inverter ACs from any brand?
Yes — Daikin, Voltas, Blue Star, Hitachi, LG, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Lloyd, and Panasonic inverter boards are all supported. We work on both the main control PCB and the separate inverter driver board where applicable. For very recent inverter models with proprietary firmware (some 2024–2026 launches), a board swap can be the more reliable route — we'll flag it during the on-site diagnostic before any bench work starts.
