What's your warranty on the work?
30-day workmanship warranty on every service we perform — installations, gas leak repairs, PCB component replacements, and AMC servicing alike. Same window across the board. We don't compete on long warranty headlines (some local providers advertise 90 or 180 days); our position is simpler — a shorter window we actually honor, with the same technicians who did the original job. The unit's manufacturer warranty (separate from our work) is whatever the brand provides and we help you register it.
What's the difference between calling you and calling Daikin / Voltas / Blue Star authorised service?
Authorised service centres are tied to the brand — pricing, parts, scheduling, and the technician roster are set by the manufacturer. We're independent and brand-agnostic, which means: we service every major brand from a single team, our quotes are itemized rather than fixed-tier SKUs, and our recommendation on a given repair isn't influenced by which brand pays a commission. If your unit is in manufacturer warranty, we coordinate with the authorised centre on your behalf so the warranty stays intact. For out-of-warranty work, you typically save 20–40% versus the authorised rate without sacrificing parts quality.
