What we collect

• Form submissions. When you fill in a contact or quote form on the site, you may share your name, phone, email, message, site address, business name, and number of units. These fields are voluntary — you only provide what's relevant to your service request.
• Google Ads Lead Forms. If you submit a form attached to one of our Google ads, Google passes your contact details (typically name, phone, email) to us so we can follow up.
• Phone calls and WhatsApp. When you call or message us, we keep a record of the conversation as part of normal customer service — so the technician arriving at your home or office knows the context.
• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and GA4 to see anonymous, aggregated activity — page views, device type, and traffic source. We don't tie this data to individuals.

How we use it

We use the details you share to respond to your service request — to call you back, send a quote, schedule a visit, and keep a service history so we can support you on future jobs. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

Where data is stored

Form responses, emails, and conversation records sit in our business email inboxes and internal service records. Form data submitted through Tally is stored on Tally's servers; ad-form leads pass through Google Ads; analytics data lives in Google's services. We rely on these platforms' own security and privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep service-related records for as long as we need them to deliver service and meet our recordkeeping requirements — typically around three years from your last interaction with us. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to share what we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. Email vikascoolwaveac@gmail.com and we'll get back to you within a few working days.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses GA4 cookies (via Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings — the site will still work the same way.
