An AMC is the cheapest way to keep an AC running well. Two scheduled services a year, priority response when something fails, and a transparent plan you don't have to negotiate every visit. Plans for single-unit homes and multi-unit commercial sites.
"Quick, honest service with no hidden costs. They identified the issue immediately and had it fixed in no time."
Annual Maintenance Contract — frequently asked
What's covered in the AMC?
Each contract includes two scheduled deep-clean services per year, gas pressure checks at every visit, drain pipe flush, electrical inspection, and priority callback within 24 hours for any breakdown. We also share a service log after every visit so you have a written record of what was done. Replacement parts and refrigerant top-ups during the contract period are billed separately, but at AMC-discounted rates.
What's NOT covered?
Major component replacement — compressor, PCB, blower motor, sealed-system parts — is not included in the AMC fee, and neither is refrigerant gas itself. These are billed separately when needed, but AMC clients get a 10–15% discount on parts and labour. Anything outside the unit (stabilizer, wiring upstream of the AC, civil work) is also out of scope.
How often do you visit?
Residential AMCs include two scheduled visits per year by default, typically pre-summer (Feb–Mar) and post-monsoon (Sep–Oct) — the two windows when ACs are most likely to develop issues. Quarterly plans are available as an add-on for residential clients with multiple units, and standard for commercial. Beyond the scheduled visits, you can call us anytime during the contract for breakdowns and you get priority response.
Can I add ACs to my AMC mid-year?
Yes — additional units can be added to an existing AMC at any point during the contract, and the cost is pro-rated against the remaining contract period. There's no penalty or re-enrollment fee for mid-year additions. If you've moved house or installed a new unit, just send us the model and address and we'll quote the addition.
Do you offer commercial AMCs for offices and shops?
Yes — we run AMCs for multi-unit residential, ductable systems, and VRV/VRF setups across Pune offices, clinics, retail, and IT setups. Commercial pricing is per-tonnage with on-site preventive service quarterly (or on the schedule agreed in the contract). For multi-site portfolios we offer consolidated invoicing and a single point of contact across locations.
How much does an AC AMC cost in Pune?
Residential AC AMC starts at ₹1,499 per AC per year for a single split unit, covering two scheduled deep-cleans (pre-summer and post-monsoon), gas pressure check at every visit, drain flush, electrical inspection, and a 24-hour priority callback for any breakdown. Multi-unit homes and small offices get volume discounts; commercial AMCs (ductable, VRV/VRF) are priced per outdoor unit plus connected indoors with quarterly preventive service built in. Replacement parts and refrigerant top-ups during the contract period are billed separately at AMC-discounted rates (10–15% below standard).
Is an AC AMC actually worth it for a single home?
For a single home with one or two split ACs that already get serviced once a year, an AMC saves money roughly when (a) the units are 3+ years old and starting to need more than basic cleaning, (b) you've had at least one breakdown call in the last summer that wasn't a single-fault, or (c) you don't want to spend time scheduling service every March and October. For brand-new units in their first year, the manufacturer warranty covers most failure modes — an AMC is more about scheduling discipline than insurance. We'll tell you upfront which side of the line your setup falls on; we don't push AMC where it doesn't make sense.
Can my AMC be transferred if I move within Pune?
Yes — AMC contracts are tied to the units, not the address, and they transfer with you anywhere within Pune city without re-enrollment fees or scope changes. Tell us the new address and we update the service log; the same technicians continue to service your units. If you sell the unit with the property and the new owner wants to keep the AMC active, that's possible too — we'll need their contact details to update the contract.
