Same-day visits are standard in central and western Pune; further-out neighborhoods inside Pune city typically get a next-day slot. Do you charge for the first visit?
Site visits for installation quotes and commercial site surveys are no-obligation — there's no charge if you don't proceed. Diagnostic visits for repairs (PCB, gas leak, breakdown) carry a diagnostic fee that's confirmed on the call before the technician is dispatched, and the fee is adjusted into the final invoice if you proceed with the repair. We don't claim "free service" because diagnostic time is real work that's priced upfront — but we also don't surprise you on arrival.
